Nature of the Service

DiJo is a digital communication platform that enables users to access communication tools and related digital services. The Company:

does not provide financial services;
does not provide investment services;
does not operate as a cryptocurrency exchange;
does not provide custody or wallet services;
is not a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP).

Payments and Cryptocurrency

Certain services may require payment. Payments may be processed through third-party providers, including MoonPay. The Company:

does not process cryptocurrency transactions directly;
does not hold or control digital assets;
does not store payment card information;
is not responsible for blockchain network fees or delays.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and subject to blockchain protocol rules. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable tax and regulatory obligations in their jurisdiction.

Compliance and AML

The Company maintains internal measures to mitigate misuse of the Service. The Company:

does not knowingly facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion;
reserves the right to suspend accounts where suspicious activity is detected;
may cooperate with payment providers and competent authorities where required by law.

The Service is not intended for use by individuals or entities subject to UK, EU, or US sanctions.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not use the Service:

for illegal purposes;
for fraudulent schemes;
for sanctioned or restricted activities;
to transmit unlawful content.

Violation may result in immediate termination.

Account Responsibility

Users must provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of credentials. The Company may suspend accounts providing false or misleading information.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as available" and "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, the Company shall not be liable for:

indirect or consequential losses;
losses arising from third-party payment providers;
blockchain network failures.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 3 months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Termination

Users may terminate their account at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
